Q. Sensor measure temperature > start temperature but heater not activated?
A: In heating mode, there are two stages: heater work temperature rise and heater stop heating temperature fall.If the current      operation is in the stage of temperature falling, the output is off. The heater will not restart until the temperature drops below the start temperature.

Q: Temperature probe not accurate?
A: 1.Check wires and probes for breakage
    2.Temperature error ±1°C/±2°F is normal range
    3.Try to calibrate using the calibration function 
    4.It is non-professional waterproof probe. It possible 
       damage if used for a long time immersed in water.

Q: Item received with screen cracked,no display ,display E1 E2 or any  other appearance damaged?
